The menu offers a variety of appetizers, subs, sandwiches, salads, burgers, tots and features hand-cut fries, craft beers and a full-service liquor bar.   According to Chef Swezey the favorite appears to be the Philly Cheesesteak Sub Sandwich, which is one of his specialties, bringing the recipe with him straight from Philly where he lived for over 13 years.  Swezey also stated the current menu is an abbreviated menu and more items will be added.

Swezey’s has a comfortable rustic feel designed by the beautiful handwork of Mike Swezey and his best friend.   The wood used to design the pub was all purchased from a local sawmill, freshly cut and personally sanded, trimmed, coated and installed by Swezey with the help of his best friend.  Pallets were sanded, stained and designed as tables within the establishment.

The bar, also built by Swezey and his best friend, seats 10 comfortably and sports fans will enjoy the two 50’ TV’s hung upon the wall.   The 100-seat establishment provides ten seats alongside the bar, approximately 35 seats amongst pallet tables, also the beautiful handiwork of Mike Swezey, and the outside patio seats up to 50 people.

Bringing a hometown feel to the business, football jerseys from local high schools are hung upon the wall, each with a personal meaning to the owners.

The full-service restaurant/pub is open seven days a week, opening for lunch at 11:00 a.m. each day.

Mike Swezey and his wife live in Joelton. They are excited to make a dream come true, opening Swezey’s and look forward to sharing their dream with the Pleasant View and nearby communities.
