RUBY NICKENS, (Ruby Jewel Nickens) born July 17, 1950 passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at her home at the age of 66 years.
Mrs. Nickens worked at Lakeview Market as a cook before retiring and becoming a caregiver to her grandchildren. One of her favorite past times was playing cards at the Ashland City Senior Citizens Center, where she was an active member.
She has shared her life with her husband, Walter Nickens, for 47 years and their children
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Prior to the hour of service the family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the service hour of 5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Cheatham County Funeral Home.
