PUBLIC NOTICE: The Town of Pleasant View will be accepting sealed bid proposals for electrical work for lighting at Pleasant View Community Park. Specifications for bidding are outlined below:
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Work to consist of electrical work for the installation of twelve (12) light poles with lights and brackets at Pleasant View Community Park. Complete specifications are available at Pleasant View City Hall.
Sealed bid must be mailed or hand delivered to Pleasant View City Hall, 1008 Civic Court, Pleasant View, TN 37146. All bids must be received prior to 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, Friday, April 7, 2017. At this time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be clearly marked “Electrical Work at Pleasant View Community Park”. The envelope should also list the bidder’s name and address.
The Town of Pleasant View reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality in the award of the bid, and accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Town. Contact City Hall at (615) 746-0600 for further bidding information.
