PUBLIC NOTICE: The Town of Pleasant View will be accepting sealed bid proposals for lighting equipment for Pleasant View Community Park. Specifications for bidding are outlined below:
Equipment to consist of twelve (12) light poles with lights and brackets for Pleasant View Community Park. Complete specifications are available at Pleasant View City Hall.
Sealed bids proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to Pleasant View City Hall, 1008 Civic Court, Pleasant View, TN 37146.
All bids must be received prior to 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, Friday, April 7, 2017.
At this time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Faxed bid proposals will not be accepted. Bids must be clearly marked “Lighting Equipment for Pleasant View Community Park”. The envelope should also list the bidder’s name and address.
The Town of Pleasant View reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality in the award of the bid, and accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Town. Contact City Hall at (615) 746-0600 for further bidding information.
